Helpful Information About Working with Honeysuckle Pediatric Therapy

Billing & Insurance Information

We currently accept BCBS and Aetna insurance plans, private pay clients, as well as Tennessee Early Intervention System (TEIS) plans. For out-of-network clients, we will provide a Superbill as requested. If we are not in-network with your insurance and you would like to receive services through private pay, our rates are $225 for an evaluation and $80 for a 30-minute session.

  • Sessions should be canceled outside of the 24 hour window, or you may be subject to a $40 cancellation fee. If 50% or more monthly sessions are missed, you may be excused from the permanent schedule. We understand that accidents happen and will give one ‘freebie’ missed session.
