I am a Speech-Language Pathologist with experience working in schools, private practice, early intervention, and home-based programs. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and then went on to earn my master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of South Florida, where I also served as a graduate teaching assistant.

I founded Honeysuckle Pediatric Therapy to offer thoughtful care for children with speech, language, and feeding disorders. By offering in-home services to a limited number of patients, I am confident that I can bring the most recent evidence-based therapy to foster lasting success.

I am a PROMPT-trained therapist with a focus on neurodiversity-affirming care. This model allows me to focus on the cause of speech and language disorders in order to provide more meaningful therapy.

I believe in a community-based approach to therapy, with the most successful patients receiving support from parent and caregiver coaching. While I may be the expert on speech, language, and feeding development, parents are the experts on their child. I partner with my client’s family in order to make the most significant impact.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being outside, reading, and horses! I am also a dog mom to a Miniature Australian Shepherd named Sullivan.

I am a Speech-Language Pathologist working with children of all ages. I believe that every child is a gift, and I find so much joy in being a part of each family's journey. My passion is working with children with early language delays, autism, and speech sound disorders.

As a pediatric speech therapist, I seek out the most evidence-based therapy techniques and training to implement in my sessions. I work closely with parents to deliver therapy that is meaningful and will have a positive impact on daily life. I always take time to coach parents, answer questions, and provide tips for practice at home!

I live in Murfreesboro with my puppy, Wuggly, and husband Zach. In our free time, we travel the country for student ministry. I love seeking out every child's strengths.

Molly is a pediatric Occupational Therapist with a passion for leveraging clinical expertise and implementing a neurodiversity-affirming approach to positively impact care teams for her patients. She has years of clinical experience in pediatric feeding disorders.
